How We Currently Onboard New Clients

Getting Onboard Social Agent – The Signup Process. As Social Agent develops, our signup process has also adapted to our client’s needs. Today we will go through what happens behind the scenes (“Where the magic happens”) when you get started on Social Agent.

Fill out your lead profile

Login to your account – your email address is your username, and you will be issued a temporary password (if our sales agents sets up your account), and complete your lead profile. Your lead profile will help outline what is your target customer in the Chinese market. You can add more than 1 lead profile, but please remember your account level may be limited issuing only 1 lead profile to our network of sales agents in China – so choose carefully.

You can revise / edit this later, ask your Social Agent sales representative if any specific questions.

Decide how much you want to pay per lead

Our standard packages (www.socialagent.me/plans) have the lead value built in, for those of you on custom or higher volume plans, this price can be set on your side. Remember, these are qualified leads – meaning that our network of sales agents will have contacted these potential customers and have them engaged and ready to learn more about buying your product / service.

Also, we like to offer commission or bonus to our sales agents, so while we say it is optional in our pricing, we strongly suggest you consider offering at least a bonus on a conversion to a customer, to entice your sales agents to work on your account.

We are currently using jobs.socialagent.me to post (in Chinese) to communicate your new sales opportunity to our network.

Feedback and Questions from our Sales Agents + Their Networks

A huge value you will get is feedback and questions from our network. This will be valuable insights on how to better position your product in the Chinese market, ideas on pricing and positioning.

Sales Leads Added To Your Social Agent Account
Once our agents have understood and applied to be sales representatives of your product, they will begin offering it in their social networks, social circles, or other means of finding and qualifying the best potential clients for you.

They will submit these leads to your account, where you will be prompted to “accept or reject” the lead, and upon accepting, will receive full contact details of this specific client.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the Getting Started Process

Do I need to fill out all of the lead profile information?
Always, more is better. It reduces questions when sales agents review your account.

Do I need to fill out the lead profile in English or Chinese?
We understand you may not have a Chinese person on your team – English works currently. But its ideal if you have 2 lead profiles, 1 in English and the 2nd in Chinese.

What is the best way to attract sales agents to my account?
While the lead value itself attracts sales agents, what really attracts them is the commission. Also, a fully completed lead profile, a clear website and product information (in Chinese is ideal). Also having a representative ready to answer questions as they arise is key to running a successful campaign.

How do I know the leads will be of good quality?
This is our main concern as well – and this is why we leave it up to you! When a new lead is submitted, it will contain the basic information of the lead, and kicking “confirm” you will receive the full details of this sales lead.

Even after the fact, if you feel this wasn’t a fully qualified lead, you can dispute it and our Social Agent platform will notify that respective sales agent of the issue – and your lead fee will be credited to your account. Over time, we will build a network of trained sales agents and you will be able to approve/disapprove those agents who you believe are not driving the quality of leads you require.

My business is seasonal, can I pause my campaign?

Yes, we are working with many seasonal campaigns, and you can pause or upgrade/downgrade your account and your budget as the year progresses.
