Currently we offer 3 programs

1) Fee Per Qualified Lead plus commission / bonus on completion
This is our most common program that we encourage our clients to select. You as a sales agent will get paid per qualified lead (a potential customer who you have introduced the company’s product/service and they are interested to learn more – by providing their contact information or scheduling a meeting with the client), and then you submitting this information to the company’s SocialAgent CRM system. If the lead converts to a sale, the company has listed commission and/or a fixed bonus on successful completion.

2) Fee Per Qualified Lead
Some clients already have their own internal sales team that has allocated all the sales commission – so they simply need more qualified leads. You will be paid for submitting qualified leads that are accepted by the client inside their SocialAgent CRM

3) Commission / Bonus on completion
Some clients will only offer commission – in this case, if you are interested to sell the product / service you will not be paid for submitting the leads, but only when the lead is ready to buy the product or service.

Common Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) What is a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a contact who is you have shown the client’s product/service and is interested to get more information about it by providing their email / phone. But be clear, when you submit this lead to the company, their sales team will call this person and expect the person knows about them already and is ready to talk more deeply.

2) How long do I have to wait to know that the client has accepted the lead or rejected it?
Normally we suggest the company to accept it ASAP to keep it “hot”, but we will remind them daily to check their new leads submitted.

3) When do I get paid for the leads I find?
We pay at the end of each month, and will submit you a clear report.

4) How do I know I will get paid?
Social Agent is a sales agent platform that is built on trust and community. We take it to the highest priority and if our reputation is not trustful, then we will have trouble operating – therefore, trust that Social Agent platform will honor it. We also ensure this by having the companies make upfront payments and deposits, and release these payments to sales agents who submit quality leads.

5) What about commission, how is it tracked and how do I trust I will be paid?
We are working on better ways to track it, such as integrating into the client’s CRM, but currently you are suggested to check up on your lead’s status if you are able. We also want to track sales to ensure that we are paid a part of the commission as well! So we create win-win situations. Clients want to pay commission because they want to reward those who are bringing them
