Unchained Apps Beefs Up Its Business Applications by Acquiring SocialAgent.me
Innovative App Start-up Teams with Online Sales Marketplace Company
HONG KONG, November 3rd, 2014 – Unchained Apps, an innovative software application start-up backed by Gigabud Limited, today announced that it is acquiring SocialAgent.me, an online sales marketplace that connects businesses with qualified freelance sales professionals. The deal immediately expands Unchained Apps’ portfolio of consumer and business apps, and broadens both companies’ reach. The agreement, for an undisclosed amount, is effective from Nov 1, 2014.
Founded in 2012, Unchained Apps has steadily expanded its portfolio of dynamic consumer and business-focused apps to now include games, language learning, and productivity improving apps. Also founded in 2012, SocialAgent.me has steadily grown into a secure online platform with an accompanying user-friendly app, both designed to optimize productivity and enhance collaboration.
