Nogogo Increases Sales in Chinese Social Media

Nogogo is a China e-commerce shop selling hard to find imported foods to the Chinese market. They mainly focused on word of mouth and traditional newsletters to build their customers.

Nogogo wanted to improve their Chinese sales via social media, and were referred to Social Agent. Social Agent assisted in identifying keywords that were hot in Chinese social media for Nogogo. After selecting our advanced package, 4 of these keywords were implemented into lead generation services. Nogogo’s marketing manager, Helen, was responsible for following up the leads.

Over the course of the first month, Nogogo identified which keywords worked, and which needed to be replaced. Nir, the GM, was amazed how Helen was now more aware of what products people in Sina Weibo were looking for, and which they didn’t seem to care much about.

Nogogo then ran a viral campaign to boost awareness and followers to their Sina Weibo account, building more leads and intentifying opportunities.

This created a result driven workflow that the foreign manager, Nir, could easily oversee and be left ensured that he was working towards a positive ROI.
